Parliamentary Chairperson Visits Romania

Georgian Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze, accompanied by a parliamentary delegation, left on October 19 for Romania.
 
During the visit Nino Burjanadze will meet with Romanian President Ion Iliescu, the Chairmen of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, as well as the Foreign and Defense Ministers.
 
The issues of bilateral relations and Georgia?s aspirations towards the Euro-Atlantic structures will be discussed during the talks.
