Georgia’s Foreign Trade in Jan-Nov 2018
Georgia’s foreign trade turnover in the first eleven months of 2018 increased by 18.6%, compared to the same period of last year, reaching USD 11.32 billion, according to the preliminary figures released by the State Statistics Office (Geostat) on December 13.
Geostat also reported that in January-November exports from Georgia increased by 24% year-on-year to USD 3.03 billion and imports were up by 16.8% y/y to USD 8.29 billion, with trade gap standing at USD 5.25 billion.
Geostat will release detailed figures of foreign trade for the reporting period next week.
