PACE Delegation to Visit Georgia

A four-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), led by Mбtyбs Eцrsi, will pay a fact-finding visit to Georgia from April 23 to 25, ahead of the May 21 parliamentary elections.

The delegation will meet with President Saakashvili, Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze, Chairman of the Supreme Court Konstantine Kublashvili, Chairman of the Central Election Commission Levan Tarkhnishvili, as well as the parliamentary opposition and representatives of civil society and the media, the CoE press office reported.
