‘I will not Attack Opponents’ – Saakashvili
Presidential candidate Mikheil Saakashvili said on December 22 that instead of “attacking” opponents, he would “attack problems.”
“A huge lie confronts us,” Saakashvili said. “People who throw mud at us… and people who attack us, do this not because they are weak and they are not able to attack Georgia’s problems, they can not attack Georgia’s enemies and instead are attacking me. Let them attack me. I will not attack them; I will instead attack problems and Georgia’s adversaries. That is the difference between me and them.”
Saakashvili, on the campaign trail in Tstkaltubo in Imereti, made his comments in an address to supporters at an outdoor meeting.
