Greenoak Bids for Batumi Port

Batumi Oil Terminal, owned by the Greenoak Group, will bid for the Batumi Sea Port, the Greenoak Group reported.

The Georgian Economy Ministry announced a tender in April for the transfer of 100% of the shares of the Batumi port in the Adjara Autonomous Republic for management for 49 years.

According to the Georgian government, the New-York-based Eastwind Maritime Inc. will also participate in a tender for the Batumi Sea Port.
