Saakashvili Visits Lithuania for High-Level Summit

President Saakashvili left for Vilnius, Lithuania on May 3 to participate in a summit of leaders of the Baltic and Black Sea regions.

U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney will address the summit on May 4, the White House reported.
