Parliament Approves Levan Machavariani’s MP Credentials
On April 17, the Georgian Parliament voted by 83 votes to approve the parliamentary credentials of Levan Machavariani, a new MP from the ruling Georgian Dream party list.
Levan Machavariani was elected to replace Irakli Beraia as a member of parliament. Beraia was appointed the new Head of the Georgian Intelligence Service by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on April 5.
