$10.9m EBRD Loan for Aversi Healthcare Provider

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide USD 10.9 million loan to one of Georgia’s largest healthcare provider Aversi Pharma for modernisation of one hospital and construction of a new one.

Deal announced on May 15 on the second and final day of EBRD’s annual meeting in Tbilisi includes loan for the refurbishment of an infectious diseases hospital with 135 beds in Tbilisi and the construction of a pediatric and maternity hospital with 84 beds in Marneuli in Kvemo Kartli region. 

Aversi Pharma is part of Aversi Group, which includes businesses ranging from production, wholesale and retail of pharmaceutical products to medical services, clinics and insurance.
