U.S. Delegation to Attend BTC Inaugural Ceremony in Turkey

U.S. President George W. Bush announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Turkey to attend the opening of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline on July 13, the White House reported on July 10.

The Honorable Jeffrey Clay Sell, Deputy Secretary of Energy, will lead the delegation, according to the White House.

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili is also expected to participate in the ceremony.
