Sokhumi to Host Summit of Secessionist Leaders

Foreign Ministers of the breakaway regions of Abkhazia, South Ossetia, and Transdnestria are holding talks in Sokhumi to prepare a summit of the leaders of the three secessionist regions in Sokhumi, Apsnypress news agency reported on June 12.

Leaders of breakaway regions of Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Transdnestria – Sergey Bagapsh, Eduard Kokoity and Igor Smirnov, respectively – will meet in the Abkhaz capital on June 13-14 and sign a joint declaration, according to Apsnypress. No other details have been reported.
