Georgian Foreign Minister Meets Japanese, Israeli Ambassadors
Georgian Foreign Minister Gela Bezhuashvili held talks with the Ambassadors of Japan and Israel to Georgia on March 16.
According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the Georgian Foreign Minister and Japanese Ambassador Tadahiro Abe focused on boosting bilateral political and economic ties and the Georgian government’s decision to open the embassy in Japan in 2006.
During the talks with Israeli Ambassador Shabtai Tsur, Bezhuashvili discussed the necessity of holding a meeting between the Israeli and Georgian Foreign Ministers in the near future.
