Abashidze: I do not Quit Politics

Ex-leader of Adjarian Autonomy Aslan Abashidze made his first public appearance on May 16, after he was peacefully ousted on May 6, at the Russian ORT television talk show Vremena.

Aslan Abashidze, who has fled to Moscow after the mass protests rallies and Russian mediation, said that he is not going to quit the politics.

?Politicians never quit politics. I will do outmost to assist Georgia in overcoming the crisis, which currently persists in the country,? Abashidze said.
