Privatization in Adjara might be Revised

A special economic team led by Economy Minister Irakli Rekhviashvili is visiting Adjarian Autonomy?s capital Batumi to probe the legality of the privatization process in the region that took place during the rule of Abashidze?s regime.

The Economy Ministry reported that the issue of revision of privatization process ?might be put on the agenda.?

Later on May 11 the Economy Minister will meet with Adjarian businessmen and visit various industrial facilities.
