Russia, Georgia Discuss Military Bases

The delegation of Russian Foreign Ministry arrived on April 13 in Tbilisi to hold talks with the Georgian side over Russia?s military bases and drafting of the framework agreement between the two countries.

The delegation will also hold talks with Georgian State Minister Goga Khaindrava, who is in charge of Abkhaz conflict resolution.
