Parties to Submit to CEC Confirmations of Falsification
Today several leading parties are to submit the proof of falsifications in pre-election process to the Central Election Commission.
On May 31, the representatives of the National Movement, Labor Party, People’s Party, Ertoba (Unity), Christian-Conservatives – Zhvania’s Team and some other political groups discussed the facts of the falsifications in the electoral lists discovered by these parties.
On June 1 representatives of these parties will gather at the premises of a watchdog NGO International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED)to discuss the issue.
This is the first case when before the elections contender parties gather and discuss the ways to avoid falsifications during the elections.
Party representatives say the only way to reduce chances of total falsification is the high voter turnout.
