Developments in the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait are alarming, Georgian Foreign Minister Davit Zalkaliani said in a twitter post on November 26.
Zalkaliani said attack on Ukrainian army vessels and their seizure “is a blatant violation of international maritime law and undermines security of the whole region.”
