Saakashvili Left for Athens

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili left for an unofficial visit to Athens, Greece on August 27-30.


Mikheil Saakashvili will attend the competition of the Georgian freestyle wrestlers at the Olympic Games. On August 26, Mikheil Saakashvili hailed the Georgia?s achievements at the Olympic Games.


At the moment Georgia has a total of four Olympic medals ? two gold (judo and weightlifting) and two silver medals (judo and Greco-Roman wrestling).
