Watchdog: Calm Reigns on Polling Day So Far

Polling day has so far been calm, election watchdog International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) has reported.

It also said some minor technical problems had been observed at some polling stations, mostly related to delays in opening polling stations.

Some ISFED observers were initially prevented from entering ten precincts, but the misunderstanding was later clarified, ISFED said.
