Georgia, Bulgaria Agree on Military Cooperation

Visiting Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Okruashvili and his Bulgarian counterpart Veselin Bliznakov signed a bilateral agreement on military cooperation for 2006 in Sofia on February 24, the Georgian Defense Ministry reported, without specifying any details of this agreement.


According to the Georgian Defense Ministry, during a two-day official visit the delegations of the two countries discussed military-education issues and the integration of Georgia into NATO.
