Tbilisi, Moscow Fail to Agree over Military Bases

Talks over the terms of withdrawal of the Russia?s military bases from Georgia ended without any results, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Merab Antadze, who chairs the Georgian delegation at the negotiations, told reporters after the talks late on February 11.

Georgian MP Giga Bokeria, who also attended the talks, told reporters that Russia is ?trying to drag-out? the process of pulling out the bases.
