CIS Security Chiefs Meet in Georgia

(Tbilisi, May 14, Civil.ge) – 12th meeting of the Security Ministers from the Commonwealth of Independent States [CIS] is held in Georgia on May 14-17.

Georgian Security Ministry reports that the issue of the eradication of illegal movement across the borders will be discussed during the meeting.

Creation of the joint data base of the CIS security bodies, joint measures for revealing sources of the financing of the terrorist groups in the CIS countries and defeating drug trafficking will be also discussed at the meeting.
