Georgian Guerrillas Accuse Russia of Bombing Georgian Villages
Head of Forest Brothers guerrilla organization Dato Shengelia blamed Russian aviation in bombing Georgian villages in Kodori gorge, Abkhazia. This is part of the provocation started on Monday when the UN mission helicopter was shot down by Russian military forces dislocated at Gudauta military base in Abkhazia.
Abkhazian side, on the other hand, accused Georgian aviation of bombing villages in Gulripshi region, Abkhazia. Officials in Tbilisi denied the accusation.
