Russian Deputy Minister Briefs EU Envoy on Missile Incident

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin met with the Portuguese ambassador to Russia, Manuel Marcelo Curto, on August 21 to discuss the August 6 missile incident in Georgia.
