FBI Experts Share Officials’ Conclusions over Zhvania’s Death
The Georgian media reported that the team of experts from the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation which arrived in Tbilisi on February 8 to probe into late Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania’s death agreed with the preliminary conclusions of the Georgian law enforcers, said Bryan Paarmann, legal attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Georgia who also leads the FBI office in Tbilisi.
Officials say that Zurab Zhvania died of carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a faulty gas heating devise which was installed in the apartment where Zhvania’s dead body was found on February 3.
