Saakashvili Visits Israel

President Saakashvili left for Israel on May 14 to participate in a top level international conference dedicated to the 60th anniversary of founding of the state of Israel.

27 world leaders will attend the conference, which will be hosted by Israeli President Shimon Peres.

On a sideline of the conference President Saakashvili plans to meet with U.S. President George W. Bush, the Georgian President’s press office reported.
