Defense Conference to Discuss SDR

The Georgian Defense Ministry will present its Strategic Defense Review (SDR) during a three-day Georgia Defence Conference, which opened in Tbilisi on May 2.

According to the Defense Ministry’s press office, the conference will bring together high level security policy makers from NATO member states and prominent Euro-Atlantic security policy experts.

Development of the SDR was part of reform targets undertaken by Georgia under the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) with NATO.
