Secessionist Leaders Plan to Meet in Moscow

President of breakaway Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh, who is currently visiting Russia, told news agency RIA Novosti on December 15 that he plans to meet with South Ossetian leader Eduard Kokoity in Moscow within next two weeks to coordinate joint actions.

?If Georgia launches hostilities against [breakaway] South Ossetia, we will quit the peace process and assist South Ossetia,? Bagapsh said.

He stated that the South Ossetian and Abkhaz conflicts should be discussed together. ?It is impossible to settle one of them without settlement of the other,? Bagapsh added.
