CoE Secretary General Speaks of Conflicts in South Caucasus

Secretary General of the Council of Europe (CoE) Terry Davis said in his address to the OSCE Ministerial Council in Ljubljana on December 6 that both the OSCE and the Council of Europe share the same concerns regarding the South Caucasus, CoE press office reported.

?We are closely following all developments with regard to Nagorno-Karabakh, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. 2006 will be crucial for the settlement of conflicts in the region,? Terry Davis said at the OSCE Ministerial Council.
