Saakashvili Addresses the Parliament
President Mikheil Saakashvili will address the Georgian Parliament on February 10 with his first annual state of the nation address to summarise the government?s activity over the last year.
The President is also expected to officially present Zurab Nogaideli?s candidacy for the Prime Minister?s position during his speech.
Speeches by chairmen of the parliamentary factions are also expected following the President?s address.
