Parliament Prepared Resolution on Situation in Abkhazia
(Tbilisi, March 16, Civil Georgia) – The Georgian Parliament prepared resolution on situation in Abkhazia on March 15. But MPs postponed adoption of the document by March 20.
The resolution condemns genocide of Georgian population in Abkhazia, illegal privatization of property in unrecognized Republic of Abkhazia.
The resolution also calls the Georgian government to pressure on some countries to stop economic relations with the breakaway region.
