Zurab Zhvania Visits Moscow

Georgian Parliamentary delegation starts three-day official visit to Moscow today. Parliamentary Chairman Zurab Zhvania is to meet his Russian counterpart Genadi Selezniov.

It is anticipated that Zurab Zhvania and Genadi Selezniov will make the joint declaration concerning the necessity of normalizing relations between Georgia and Russia .

Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Nino Burjanadze stated that the visit is to prepare the upcoming meeting between the Georgian and Russian Presidents. The exact date of meeting is unknown so far.

Parliamentary Chairman of Georgia also is to meet high officials is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
