UNM Plans Final Campaign Rally in Tbilisi on Oct.5

UNM opposition party said on Thursday that it will hold an outdoor gathering of its supporters in Tbilisi  as a final campaign rally on October 5, three days before the parliamentary elections.

UNM’s campaign chief, Nika Melia, said that the rally will be held on the Rose Revolution Square at 4pm local time; he said it would be “the largest rally held in recent years”.

The opposition party has notified the Tbilisi City Hall about its plan, which also includes a march from the Rose Revolution Square towards the Freedom Square.
