Georgian Public Broadcaster Hires GfK for Exit Polls
The Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) said on Thursday it hired Nuremberg-based GfK to conduct exit polls during the October 1 parliamentary elections.
Apart of exit polls on election day, GPB’s contract worth USD 230,000 with GfK also involves carrying out two public opinion surveys before the elections.
GPB said that GfK would carry out exit polling of about 25,000 voters at 220 polling stations on the election day.
GfK first made exit polls for the Georgian Public Broadcaster in 2010 local elections for Tbilisi mayoral race.
