Georgian Negotiator: Moscow JCC Session on S.Ossetia Decisive
Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues Merab Antadze said that the ongoing session of the quadripartite Joint Control Commission over South Ossetia will be decisive, and should ?define the future of the resolution [of the conflict],? Interfax news agency reported on August 17.
The JCC, involving negotiators from the Georgian, South Ossetian, Russian and Russia?s North Ossetian side, gathered in Moscow on August 17 for a two day session.
?We will be able to speak about the prospects and future of a peaceful resolution after this session,? Merab Antadze, the chief Georgian negotiator, said.
