EU Troika to Visit Georgia
A delegation of the European Union Troika will pay an official visit to Georgia on February 4-5 to hold talks with the Georgian leadership, the Georgian Foreign Ministry reported.
The delegation will include Slovenian Foreign Minister Dmitrji Ruppel, representing the EU Presidency, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, the commissioner for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy, Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for South Caucasus and other EU officials.
The meetings will focus on areas of possible cooperation between Georgia and the European Union, including issues related to Georgia?s EU Neighborhood Policy Action Plan, the conflicts in Georgia and regional cooperation.
