OSCE Chair, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Discuss Georgia

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Denisov held a phone conversation with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, to discuss the August 6 missile strike on Georgia.

?Both sides expressed serious concern,? the Russian Foreign Ministry said. ?Mutual understanding has been expressed about the necessity to carry out a detailed and comprehensive investigation into the incident.?
