Invest in Georgia Forum in Kazakhstan

Georgian officials and executives from leading businesses gathered in Astana, Kazakhstan to promote the country?s investment opportunities on July 2.

Georgian Economy Minister Giorgi Arveladze and Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava will participate in the Invest in Georgia forum, which will focus on the banking sector, real estate, tourism and agri-business, according to the Georgian National Investment Agency.

Kazakhstan was the third largest foreign investor in Georgia last year with over USD 152 million.

A series of other fora are planned for this year to promote the country?s investment opportunities. Vienna and London will host events in October and New York and New Deli in November and December, respectively.
