Georgian, Russian MPs to Sign Accord on Cooperation

Georgian Vice-Speaker Mikheil Machavariani, who visited Russia on March 19-21, said at the parliamentary session on March 30 that the Georgian and Russian lawmakers agreed to develop an agreement on cooperation.

He said that the agreement will include three major issues: conflict resolution, economic relations and cooperation in the field of culture.

The Georgian Vice-Speaker said that a group of Russian lawmakers will visit Georgia in April.
