S.Ossetia Rejects Talks Between Nogaideli, Kokoity

Special Affairs Minister of breakaway South Ossetia Boris Chochiev said on September 7 that South Ossetian leader Eduard Kokoity does not plan to meet with Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli. Tbilisi proposed the talks between the two men by September 15.
 
?This is the Georgian side?s initiative. However, it is senseless to hold talks only for the sake of talking. Such meetings should be prepared seriously and the issues for discussion should be outlined, while Tbilisi has not suggested any proposals,? Interfax news agency quoted Chochiev as saying.
