Putin Plans no Visit to Georgia in 2005
The Russian President?s Administration denied Georgian media reports about Vladimir Putin?s possible visit to Georgia by the end of 2005, Russian news agency Regnum reported.
During a meeting with Vladimir Putin in Kazan on August 27 on the sideline of the CIS summit, Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili invited his Russian counterpart to visit Georgia. Later, the Georgian media reported that Putin planned to travel to Georgia in the course of 2005.
