Saakashvili Comments on Situation in South Ossetia

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said on June 15 that ?certain, unfriendly forces plan provocations against Georgia? through the aggravation of the situation in breakaway South Ossetia.
 
President Saakashvili was speaking at a session of the National Security Council shortly before his departure to Ukraine. The current situation in the South Ossetian conflict zone, which was aggravated after an armed clash in late May and the disappearance of four Georgians on June 6, was discussed at the session of the National Security Council.


?I have instructed the Interior Ministry to investigate all the incidents,? he said. ?Georgia will not tolerate raids by the criminal gangs,? Saakashvili added.
