Georgian Justice Minister Meets CoE Secretary General

Visiting Georgian Justice Minister Kote Kemularia held talks with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Terry Davis in Strasbourg on June 9.

The Council of Europe reports that the sides discussed Georgia?s fulfilment of its commitments as a Council of Europe member state, in particular the ratification of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages, and the Revised Social Charter.
