‘Disloyal’ Ossetian Released in Tskhinvali
On May 20 authorities in breakaway South Ossetia released Alik Kozaev, an ethnic Ossetian who was charged for high treason for helping the Georgian side organize vacations for South Ossetian children at Georgian resorts last summer.
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili welcomed the decision by the South Ossetia side and said that Kozaev “is a real hero.”
