One Dies in Pankisi With an Accidental Gunshot

(Tbilisi, January 31, Civil Georgia) – Soldier of Georgian internal troops Giorgi Tsaguria died after a gunshot at the checkpoint in Pankisi gorge late on January 30.

Internal Affairs Ministry’s press service reports the story of witnesses saying that another soldier of internal troops Davit Todua accidentally shot from the gun killing Tsaguria.

Davit Todua is arrested. The case was opened concerning the incident.
