Senior MP: State of Emergency to be Lifted in ‘Two, Three Days’
MP Maia Nadiradze, the parliamentary majority leader, said the state of emergency would be lifted ?soon, in two or three days.?
She was speaking with journalists after talks with opposition leaders late on November 12.
Davit Usupashvili, leader of the opposition Republican Party, said: ?We have been hearing that the state of emergency would be lifted in a few days for several days already; but so far we have not heard any concrete reason why emergency rule is continuing.?
