Interior Minister Discusses Abducted Person’s Case with Political Party

(Tbilisi, March 18, Civil Georgia) – Georgian Internal Affairs Minister Koba Narchemashvili meets political party Ertoba’s committee on sport issues to discuss the case of kidnapped Levan Kaladze’s case on March 18.

Levan Kaladze, who is AC Milan soccer team player Kakha Kaladze’ brother, was abducted last May. It is thought that he is detained in western Georgia. Kidnappers demand ransom for Levan Kaladze’s release.  

Last week Kakha Kaladze threatened with abandonment of citizenship of Georgia in case the law enforcers do not release his brother in the nearest futures.

Interior Minister’s meeting with the representatives of the political party Ertoba, which lobbies Kaladze’s interests, is being held beyond the closed doors.
