After Japan, Parliament Speaker Visits South Korea
After trip to Japan, speaker of the Georgian Parliament, Davit Usupashvili, pays an official visit to South Korea on February 24-28.
The Georgian parliamentary delegation, led by Usupashvili, met National Assembly Speaker Chung Ui-hwa on February 25.
During the visit the Georgian Parliament Speaker also plans a meeting with senior executives of South Korea’s K-Water, company implementing 280MW Nenskra hydro power plant project in Georgia’s mountainous region of Svaneti.
Before traveling to South Korea, the Georgian Parliament Speaker visited Japan on February 21-24, where he met speakers of lower and upper houses of the Japanese parliament, as well as State Minister for Foreign Affairs Yoji Muto.
