Georgian President to Visit Ukraine for March of Dignity
Georgian President, Giorgi Margvelashvili, will visit Ukraine on February 22 to participate in March of Dignity, commemorating the victims of clashes between protesters and police in Kiev a year ago.
Georgian president’s office said that Margvelashvili will visit Kiev upon the invitation of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
A Georgian citizen, Dato Kipiani, who was a Euromaidan activist, was among dozens of people killed in clashes in the center of Kiev last February.
