Tbilisi ‘Condemns So Called Elections’ in Donetsk and Luhansk
The Georgian Foreign Ministry said on November 3 that it “condemns the holding of the so-called ‘elections’ in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions” in eastern Ukraine.
It said that these elections “represent total disrespect and neglect of the fundamental principles of international law” and the Ukrainian legislation.
“These provocative actions, which have nothing in common with the free expression of the will of the citizens, impede the peaceful resolution of the conflict in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.
