Georgian President to Visit Turkey
President Giorgi Margvelashvili will pay an official visit to Turkey on January 20, Georgian president’s administration said on Thursday.
In Ankara Margvelashvili will meet his Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gül, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and speaker of parliament Cemil Çiçek.
This will be Margvelashvili’s second foreign visit since becoming the President. His first foreign trip was in Vilnius in November for the Eastern Partnership summit.
